Nestled in a beautiful heritage estate in the vibrant heart of Palermo Soho, this 2-storey house has just finished being fully renovated. Every single piece of furniture is brand new.

We did our best to preserve the authenticity of this unique piece of Argentine architecture while providing guests with the luxurious comfort of modern amenities—a rare combination that makes Thames truly one of a kind.

The Space

A entire 2-storey heritage house. High ceilings, character-filled rooms, and a private outdoor area all to yourself. The renovation was done with care to keep the soul of the original building while making everything inside completely new and comfortable.

The living area features a custom-made seating area with state-of-the-art entertainment options and a warm, inviting ambiance. A fashionable and comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the city.

The dining & workspace area features a large table—perfect for a family or group dinner, or equally well suited as your own working space. High-speed WiFi throughout the house.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need for both short stays and longer visits.

The house features two bedrooms, both with brand-new beds and premium bedding:

Bedroom 1 — Queen-size bed

Bedroom 2 — Double bed

Baby crib available on request for an additional cost, subject to availability.

Two modern bathrooms — one per floor — with contemporary fixtures, rain shower, fresh towels, and essential amenities.

Capacity & Layout

The house is ideal for 4 adults and can comfortably accommodate:

• Up to 5 adults

• 4 adults with up to 2 small children

For groups of 6, an additional single mattress is strongly recommended and can be provided on request for an extra fee.
