The Space

Upon entering, you’re welcomed into a bright, contemporary space designed with clean lines, natural light, and a layout that makes excellent use of every square metre.

• Living Room

The living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A custom-made sofa anchors the space, paired with modern décor and a Smart TV for cozy nights in.

The sofa is spacious enough for one adult or two small children to sleep in, though it is not a retractable sofa bed.

• Dining Room

The dining area is set up for four guests, with the tableware, cutlery, and silverware needed to comfortably enjoy meals at home. It is both practical and inviting, making it a great space to gather, dine, or slow down after a day in the city.

• Working Space

With high-speed internet and a comfortable setup, the apartment is also well suited for remote work. In addition to a dedicated work area, the dining table can also be used as an extra workspace when needed.

• Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essentials for both short and extended stays, including a toaster, Nespresso machine, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils you may need during your stay.

• Bedroom

The main bedroom is outfitted with a brand-new top-quality king-size bed and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

• Bathroom

The bathroom features contemporary fixtures, a rain shower, fresh towels, and all the essentials. Sleek, modern, and functional, it is designed to make your stay comfortable and easy.

• Balcony

Step outside onto your private balcony—perfect for a morning coffee, a quiet break during the day, or a relaxed evening wind-down with a view of the neighborhood.

Capacity & Sleeping Arrangements

The apartment is optimal for 2 adults, but can accommodate 3 adults or a family with 2 small children. If you are 4 adults, an additional mattress would be necessary and could be provided upon request for an additional cost.

• Main Bedroom

The bedroom includes a king-size bed with premium bedding.

Please note that the king bed does not separate into two single beds.

• Sofa

The sofa is spacious enough for one adult or two small children to sleep in, though it is not a sofa bed.

• Baby Crib (Additional Cost)

A baby crib can be provided upon request in advance, subject to availability.

• Single Mattress (Additional Cost)

For added comfort, an extra single mattress can also be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
