The apartment is optimal for 2 adults but can accommodate 3 adults or a family with 2 small children. If you are 4 adults, an additional mattress would be necessary and could be provided upon request for an additional cost.

For short-term stays, cancellations are free up to 5 days before check-in; after that, cancellation fees apply. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in, or, if already staying with us, give at least 30 days’ notice before their intended check-out date.
Guests must follow all building rules, quiet hours, and amenity guidelines throughout their stay. Parties, events, excessive noise, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Specific building rules, access requirements, and any applicable pool or common-area regulations will be shared before or at check-in, and guests are expected to review and follow them. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and may result in a fine of up to USD 750. Any fines, penalties, damages, or extra charges resulting from a violation of these rules will be the guest’s responsibility. If anything breaks during your stay, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can address it properly. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required to use the building amenities.
