The Space
As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into a spacious two-storey heritage house filled with natural light, high ceilings, and character-rich architectural details. The renovation was completed with great care to maintain the soul of the original building while making every element inside modern, fresh, and comfortable.
The living area offers a stylish and inviting place to relax after exploring the city. A comfortable seating area, warm atmosphere, and modern entertainment options create the perfect space to unwind.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining and workspace, centered around a large table ideal for shared meals, working remotely, or planning your next Buenos Aires adventure. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the entire house.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for both short stays and longer visits.
The house features two comfortable bedrooms, each outfitted with brand-new beds and premium bedding:

The house is ideal for 4 adults, but can comfortably accommodate:

Up to 5 adults, or

4 adults with up to 2 small children

For groups of 6 guests, an additional single mattress can be provided upon request for an extra fee.
