The Space

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and contemporary apartment with a spacious layout, warm finishes, and plenty of natural light throughout the day.

• Living Room

The living room is designed for both comfort and entertainment. A custom-made sofa anchors the space, creating a cozy setting to relax, read, or enjoy a movie after a day in the city.

The sofa is spacious enough for one adult or two small children to sleep in, though it is not a retractable sofa bed. Additional bedding can be provided upon request.

• Dining Room

The dining area features a large handcrafted table that creates a warm and inviting setting for meals at home. It also works beautifully as a flexible workspace, making it ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay.

• Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, kitchenware, silverware, pots and pans, and everyday essentials, making it practical for both short and extended stays.

• Bedroom

The apartment features 1 comfortable bedroom, outfitted with a brand-new top-quality queen-size bed and premium bedding for a restful stay.

• Bathroom

The bathroom features contemporary fixtures and all the essentials, combining sleek design with everyday functionality.

• Balcony

Step outside onto your private balcony, a rare and welcome feature in such a lively part of the city. It is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink.

Capacity & Sleeping Arrangements

The apartment is ideal for 2 adults, but it can accommodate up to 4 guests depending on the sleeping setup arranged in advance. It works especially well for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 small children.

• Bedroom

The bedroom include a queen-size bed with premium bedding.

Please note that the bed does not separate into single beds.

• Sofa

The sofa is spacious enough for one adult or two small children to sleep in, though it is not a sofa bed.

• Baby Crib (Additional Cost)

A baby crib can be provided upon request in advance, subject to availability.

• Single Mattress (Additional Cost)

If needed, an additional single floor mattress can be provided upon request for an extra cost, subject to availability.
