Welcome to Your Stay in Palermo Soho

Nestled in a beautiful Heritage Estate in the vibrant heart of Palermo Soho, our 2 storey house has just finished being renovated. Every single piece of furniture in this magical place is totally new. We did our best to keep the authenticity of this unique piece of Argentinian Architecture while providing our guest with the luxurious comfort of modern amenities. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your stay in probably the best location of the whole city of Buenos Aires!

The Space

• Capacity

The apartment is optimal for 4 adults but can easily accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 small children. If you are 6 adults, an additional floor mattress would be necessary and could be provided upon request for an additional cost.

• Sleeping Arrangements

• 2 Luxurious Bedrooms: The rooms are outfitted with brand new top-quality queen and double beds & beddings. (Does not separate into single beds)
• Sofa: Spacious enough for an adult or 2 small children to sleep in, but it is not a retractable sofa bed. (We provide additional bedding upon request)
• Baby Crib (additional cost): We also have the option of providing a baby crib if requested in advance. Subject to availability.
• Single Mattress (additional cost): For added comfort, an extra single mattress can be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Strongly recommended if you’re 6 adults.

Fully stocked with kitchenware, silverware, pots and pans, and essentials like salt and pepper—everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals comfortably.
